If you are in Sydney you just have to go once into Blue Mountains. So we nicked the company care and drove over the big Harbour Bridge and then on the highway in western direction.

Wednesday 12th October until Saturday 5th November, 2016
During the week my three loved ones are on their own. They go to the "Story Time" into the Waverly Library, to the aquarium or into the zoo. Rolf and family have been replaced by Marcel and Dorothea with the two and a half year old Lynn. Our wives now like to visit with the children the playgroup in the Holdsworth Community Centre. We already know the playground. But in the morning there is an extended choice of toys, they can tinker or listen to stories, etc.

Friday 7th - Tuesday 11th October, 2016
We drove with the car for a long weekend southwards. Our destination was the Booderee National Park. We rented a bungalow in a lodge. Rolf and Anna recommended it to us.

Sunday 18th September - Thursday 6th October, 2016
Sydney is located at the Jackson Harbour, a nature harbour in the form of a fjord with many arms. So if you want to experience Sydney, you do not get around a boat trip.
On September 20th Konrad took a day off. He compensated like that a weekend work day.
We booked a reasonably cheap whale watching tour.
More than five years ago I swore that I will do something like this again due to my sea sickness. But here there should be humpback whales just a bit off-shore on the way south.
